Fast Facts:
- Costumes are strictly intended for indoor gentle use or on clean pavement only. (If venturing beyond these conditions, please wear your own shoes and not the characters)
- Physical activity of any kind while wearing the costumes is prohibited.
- As per all quality mascot costumes, sight is limited.
- Costumes are washed and/or dry cleaned frequently. The cleaning fee is built into the costume’s rental price.
- Costumes cannot be worn outside in the rain or snow.
- Costumes are not intended for Halloween or party-going. They are intended for private/public display for Meet & Greets w/ simple photo opportunities only.
- We do not have a public area to try on Costumes ahead of time. Please plan accordingly and call with any questions. Costumes slightly vary but generally fit persons 5’2 to 6’2 of average build.
- Costumes are made of foam + furs and/or fleece - wearing outside in the summertime can be extremely hot!
- NO SMOKING WITHIN 50ft OF COSTUMES.
- Additional cleaning fees WILL APPLY for extreme cleaning or removal of cigarette fumes.
Non–Smoking Policy: Client agrees not to allow cigarette smoke within 50 feet of the rental costume. Client understands that they will be held responsible and further billed for extreme cleaning.
In the case a costume is returned with any major stain/s or tears, the client will additionally be charged for repairs/extreme cleaning. In the case repairs or extreme cleaning are unsuccessful, the client will be responsible for the replacement cost of the mascot costume (some cost up to $1,000)
